IGC Hospitality, known for Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn, and the Rockaway Hotel, announces Take Care, a modern American bistro in the Shelburne Sonesta New York Hotel that promises to “take care” of its guests from morning until night. The theme is about serving fresh, consistent, and well-prepared food with thoughtful menu items that highlight seasonal preparations with health and wellness in mind.

The menu, by Chef Chris D’Ambrosio, former Executive Chef at Juniper, boasts fresh and seasonal dishes that showcase the best of cafe cooking like Crispy Artichokes, a classic Chopped Salad, and a special house burger, along with a local Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop, Broiled Salmon, and Prime Bavette Steak, all with extensive menu items for those who are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. The beverage program focuses on cocktails with fresh fruit & vegetables, low and no abv cocktails, and freshly pressed juice mocktails, along with organic wines and esoteric varietals from different regions.
